The Egyptian pound index Increased against the major currencies during Sunday 10 September 2023, The index reached 54.443 points, compared to 54.392 points at last Thursday's trading.
The Egyptian pound index Increased against 3 Currencies among a basket of seven currencies that measures the performance of the pound.
It rose against the Euro, Japanese Yen, Chinese Yuan, it fell against pound sterling, and settled against, UAE dirham, US dollar, Saudi riyal.
The average selling price of the Euro in Egypt decreased from EGP 33.13 to EGP 33.11 while the average buying declined from EGP 33.02 to EGP 32.99 at the end of today's trading.
The average pound sterling selling rate in Egypt Increased from EGP 38.57 to EGP 38.58 while the average buying rose from EGP 38.43 to EGP 38.44 at the end of today's trading.
The average selling price of the Chinese yuan in Egypt declined from EGP 4.22 to EGP 4.21. while the average buying fell from EGP 4.20 to EGP 4.19 at the end of today's trading.
The average selling price of the Japanese yen in Egypt decreased from EGP 20.99 to EGP 20.93. while the average buying fell from EGP 20.92 to EGP 20.86 at the end of today's trading.
The average selling price of the Saudi riyal in Egypt remain stable at EGP 8.24 while the buying price settled at EGP 8.22 at the end of today's trading.
The average selling price of the US dollar in Egypt settled at EGP 30.93 and EGP 30.84 for buying.
The average selling price of the UAE dirham in Egypt settled at EGP 8.42 and EGP 8.39 for buying at the end of today's trading.
