The Egyptian pound index declined against the major currencies during Monday 11 September 2023, The index reached 54.276 points, compared to 54.443 points at yesterday's trading.
The Egyptian pound index decreased against 4 Currencies among a basket of seven currencies that measures the performance of the pound.
It Fell against the Euro, Japanese Yen, Chinese Yuan, pound sterling, and settled against, UAE dirham, US dollar, Saudi riyal.
The average selling price of the Euro in Egypt Increased from EGP 33.11 to EGP 33.17 while the average buying rose from EGP 32.99 to EGP 33.06 at the end of today's trading.
The average pound sterling selling rate in Egypt Increased from EGP 38.58 to EGP 38.71 while the average buying rose from EGP 38.44 to EGP 38.58 at the end of today's trading.
The average selling price of the Chinese yuan in Egypt increased from EGP 4.21 to EGP 4.23. while the average buying rose from EGP 4.19 to EGP 4.22 at the end of today's trading.
The average selling price of the Japanese yen in Egypt Increased from EGP 20.93 to EGP 21.07. while the average buying rose from EGP 20.86 to EGP 21.00 at the end of today's trading.
The average selling price of the Saudi riyal in Egypt remain stable at EGP 8.24 while the buying price settled at EGP 8.22 at the end of today's trading.
The average selling price of the US dollar in Egypt settled at EGP 30.93 and EGP 30.84 for buying.
The average selling price of the UAE dirham in Egypt settled at EGP 8.42 and EGP 8.39 for buying at the end of today's trading.
