The Egyptian pound index Increased against the major currencies during Tuesday 3 October 2023, The index reached 55.156 points, compared to 54.959 points at Yesterday's trading.
The Egyptian pound index Increased against 3 Currencies among a basket of seven currencies that measures the performance of the pound.
It rose against the Euro, Japanese Yen pound sterling and settled against Chinese Yuan, UAE dirham, Saudi riyal, US dollar.
The average selling price of the Euro in Egypt decreased from EGP 32.60 to EGP 32.40 while the average buying Fell from EGP 32.49 to EGP 32.28 at the end of today's trading.
The average pound sterling selling rate in Egypt decreased from EGP 37.61 to EGP 37.31 while the average buying Fell from EGP37.48 to EGP 37.18 at the end of today's trading
The average selling price of the Japanese yen in Egypt fell from EGP 20.66 to EGP 20.63. while the average buying decreased from EGP 20.59 to EGP 20.56 at the end of today's trading.
The average selling price of the Chinese yuan in Egypt settled at EGP 4.23 while the average buying settled at 4.22 at the end of today's trading
