Foreign exchange rates at the beginning of Thursday’s trading

The foreign exchange rate witnessed an stable at the beginning of Thursday 5 October trading at Egypt's major banks.

First Bank monitors foreign currency rates in major banks in Egypt:

U.S. dollar

The US dollar rate against EGP recorded EGP 30.8212 for buying and EGP 30.9586 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.

The highest dollar rate for buying was in ADIB Egypt at EGP 30.90

The lowest rate for selling was National Bank of Egypt and Banque Misr at EGP 30.85

Euro

The Euro rate against EGP recorded EGP 32.3789 for buying and EGP 32.5189 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank’s website.

The highest Euro rate for buying was in Mid Bank of Egypt at EGP 32.32.

 The lowest rate for selling was in NBE at EGP 32.32.

Pound Sterling

The pound sterling rate against EGP stands at EGP 37.3766 for buying and EGP 37.5342 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.

The highest pound sterling rate for buying was in ADCB at EGP 39.51.

While the lowest rate for selling in NBE at EGP 36.95.

 Saudi Riyals

The Saudi riyal rate against EGP today in Egypt recorded EGP 8.2197 for buying and EGP 8.2541 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.

The highest rate for buying today was in ADIB and Banque Misr -Egypt at EGP8.24.

The lowest rate for selling was in the National Bank of Egypt at EGP 8.23.

Kuwaiti Dinar

Kuwaiti dinar rate today in Egypt reached EGP 99.6836 for buying and EGP100.1280 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.

The highest rate for buying the Kuwaiti dinar was in saib at EGP 100.1.

 The lowest price for selling was in the National Bank of Egypt at EGP 98.82.

Emirati Dirham

The rate of Emirati dirham today in Egypt recorded EGP8.3938 For buying and EGP 8.4298 Forselling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.

The highest rate for buying the Emirati dirham today was in ADIB Egypt at EGP8.41.
