How to activate login using fingerprint or face ID on Al Ahly Mobile service

NBE allows the activation of login using biometric authentication (fingerprint, face recognition) on Ahli Mobile service in simple steps.

First Bank website explains the following steps:

1. Click on the login button on the homepage.

2. Enter your user code and click on activate biometric authentication.

3. Enter your password and then click on login.

4. Choose the login method via face recognition or fingerprint.

5. Press confirm button.

6. Enter the changing password sent to your registered phone, then click execute.

7. Confirm login with your face ID or the fingerprint registered on your mobile phone.

To activate biometric authentication after logging into the service, follow these steps:

1. Select account settings from the side menu after logging into the service.

2. Click on personal settings, then choose biometric authentication.

3. Click on activate login using biometric authentication, enter your password, and click the confirm button.

4. Enter the changing password sent to your phone and click execute.

5. Finally, confirm login with your face ID or your fingerprint.

After completing the steps, a confirmation message for activating the service will appear on Al Ahly Mobile app.
