In a groundbreaking move, Mashreq Egypt and Etisalat by e& have inked a historic collaboration agreement, introducing 'e& Neo banking services' for the first time in Egypt.
Customers aged 16 and above can now open a Mashreq Egypt account through the My Etisalat app, completely fee-free and without any minimum deposit requirements. This strategic partnership also grants account holders a dual branded card, enhancing their banking experience.
The collaboration, witnessed by Eng. Hatem Dowidar, CEO of e&, and Ahmed Abdelaal, Group Chief Executive Officer of Mashreq, paves the way for a comprehensive range of future banking services. These services include credit card issuance, loans, and the ability to book Certificates of Deposit (CDs) and time deposits, all accessible through the e& Neo platform within the My Etisalat app owned by Etisalat Egypt.
