National Bank of Egypt announced the signing of a mutual cooperation agreement with Fresh Company, aiming to provide financing for merchants through the B2B corporate credit card.  

This partnership involves offering banking and financial facilities, along with technological solutions for the company's financial transactions with its clients, including both retail and wholesale traders.  

The signing ceremony was attended by Yehia Abou El-Fotouh, Vice Chairman of the National Bank of Egypt, Khalil Ibrahim, CEO of Fresh Electric Group, Sherif Riad, CEO of Large Corporates and Joint Loans, Ayman El Shimi, Head of Corporate Banking Credit Group, Hala Helmi, Head of Products and Financial Inclusion at the Egyptian National Bank, and Ihab Nader, CFO of Fresh Company, along with specialized teams from the Egyptian National Bank, Fresh Company, and several major traders and distributors.  

Following the agreement, Yehia Abou El-Fotouh emphasized the Bank's growing commitment to providing banking and financial products and services for all current and prospective customers, catering to their needs.  

He highlighted the importance of collaborating with Fresh Company, a major player in the Egyptian market, to expand digital payments and enhance financial inclusion, aligning with the Central Bank of Egypt's digital transformation initiatives.  

Khalil Ibrahim expressed his pride in collaborating with the Egyptian National Bank, commending the bank's positive and proactive approach in supporting Egyptian industries, considering it a cornerstone for boosting the national economy.  

The partnership facilitates electronic payment operations for businesses, ensuring ease and high-security levels for large, medium, and small-scale traders through the B2B digital payment system, supporting small and medium-sized enterprises for Fresh Company's clients. Karim Sous, CEO of Retail Banking and Branches at the Egyptian National Bank, mentioned the successful partnerships across various sectors through the B2B business system, with Fresh Company being the latest addition. emphasized Fresh Company's significant role in the Egyptian market in manufacturing electrical and household appliances, supporting working capital for traders, increasing sales, production, and exports, contributing to national industrial development.  

Sherif Riad, CEO of Large Corporates and syndicated Loans at the Bank, highlighted the longstanding cooperation with Fresh Electric Group, spanning over 11 years. This continuous collaboration has strengthened the company's position as one of the leading manufacturers of household appliances in Egypt. The support provided aligns with the bank's ongoing efforts to enhance cooperation with large corporate clients and continuously innovate non-traditional financial solutions across various banking sectors.
