How to buy or inquire about your balance in your investment fund documents with NBE online

If you are a client of National Bank of Egypt and wish to purchase or inquire about the bank's investment fund documents online, follow these steps with First Bank: • Enter your National ID no. and mobile phone No. registered with the Bank and click on "Submit" (If the data entered does not match our records, kindly visit the nearest NBE branch to update your information). • A onetime password "OTP" will be sent to the entered mobile phone no. and registered with the Bank. •  Type the OTP in "Enter OTP" field and click on "Submit". •  Select the required service (Inquire/ Issue). •  In case of selecting "Inquire", the balance for each fund is displayed. •  In case of selecting "Issue", select the fund to be purchased and enter the number of certificates to be issued in " Number of Issued Certificates" field, then select the account from which purchase amount shall be debited. •  Enter the characters and digits shown in the image in the relevant field. •  The Purchase Request number is displayed, which can be used as a reference for the request. Your request will be executed within the specified period for each mutual fund as stipulated in the Terms and Conditions. •  You can view the full prospectus here." • You can view all mutual funds prices here." • Your usage of the mutual fund online service and your approval of the relevant terms and conditions shall be deemed an acceptance to all the terms and conditions of the fund and incorporated in the prospectus and a declaration of being informed of all the details of the fund.
