Stocks of HD Bank, Faisal Bank, and ADIB Egypt soar at the close of EGX trading on Wednesday
First Bank
First Bank list revealed the performance of listed bank stocks on the Egyptian Stock Exchange at the close of trading on Wednesday, December 13, 2023. The stock of Housing and Development Bank- HD Bank led the bank gains on the exchange, rising by 1.35% to close at EGP 37.50, compared to the opening price of EGP 37.00.
The list disclosed the rise of 3 bank stocks, the stability of tow bank stock and the decline of 4 other bank stocks, and returning to the list, the stock of Faisal Islamic Bank (EGP) won the second place by a rise of 0.99%, to record a closing price of EGP 31.76 at the end of today's trading, compared to an opening price of EGP31.45.
Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank Egypt stock rose to win the third place by 0.97%, after the closing price of the share reached about EGP 36.25 at the end of today's trading, compared to an opening price of EGP 35.90, while the share of alBarak Bank Egypt stabilized at a closing price of EGP11.70 and Qatar National Bank Al Ahli settled at EGP27.97 at the end of today's trading.
On the level of share declines, the stock of Commercial International Bank Egypt decreased by 0.08%, after the closing price of the share recorded EGP 75.80 at the end of today's trading, compared to an opening price of EGP 75.86.
The stock of Suez Canal Bank declined by 0.09%, to record a closing price of EGP 11.62 at the end of today's trading, compared to an opening price of EGP 11.63.
The stock of the credit Agricole Bank decreased by 0.15%, to record a closing price of EGP20.28at the end of today's trading, compared to an opening price of EGP20.31.
The stock of Egyptian Export Development Bank declined by 0.68%, to record a closing price of EGP 19.00 at the end of today's trading, compared to an opening price of EGP 19.13.
Regarding banks traded in dollars, the stock of Faisal Bank settled to closing at $0.990, While EGBANK’S stock settled at closing price $0.310.
