How to deposit Cash without a card through EBank’s ATMs

If you are an EBank customer and wish to complete a deposit without a card through the bank's ATMs, First Bank monitors the steps to follow below:

1. Through an EBank ATM, Press on the ATM screen.

2. Press on the Cardless deposit service

3. Confirm the terms and conditions.

4. Enter your mobile phone number.

5. Choose if you want to deposit to (account, debit card or credit card number).

6. Enter the full account number or the full card number.

7. Insert the money.

8. Press Confirm after the correct amount appears on the screen

9. The cash amount has been successfully deposited into the account. Please take the receipt

Note: The maximum deposit per transaction is 5,000 Egyptian pounds.
