The Egyptian pound index decreased against the major currencies during Sunday 11 February 2024, The index reached 54.061 points, compared to 54.142 points at last Thursday's trading.
The Egyptian pound index Fell against 3 Currencies among a basket of seven currencies that measures the performance of the pound.
It Fell against the Euro, pound sterling, Chinese Yuan, and settled against UAE dirham, Saudi riyal, Japanese Yen, US dollar.
The average selling price of the Euro in Egypt increased from EGP 33.27 to EGP 33.37 while the average buying rose from EGP 33.15 to EGP 33.25 at the end of today's trading.
The average pound sterling selling rate in Egypt increased from EGP 38.97 to EGP 39.07 while the average buying rose from EGP 38.84 to EGP 38.94 at the end of today's trading.
The average selling price of the Chinese yuan in Egypt rose from EGP 4.29 EGP 4.30 while the average buying settled at EGP 4.28.at the end of today's trading.
The average selling price of the Japanese yen in Egypt settled at EGP 20.72 while the average buying decreased from EGP 20.66 to EGP 20.65.
