The List Of The Fastest-Growing Banks In Assets During The last Year, Provided By FirstBank, Revealed That Attijariwafa bank Topped The List With A Growth Rate Of 43.69%, As Its Portfolio Size Reached to EGP88.66 Bn By The End Of December 2023, Compared To EGP61.71Bn By The End Of December 2022.

First Bank List Tracked The Asset Portfolios Of 20 Banks Operating In The Egyptian Banking Sector, For Which Financial Data Was Available During The Analysis Period. It Revealed That All Banks Achieved Positive Growth Rates In Their Asset Sizes From January To December 2023.

Returning To The List, FABMISR come in Second Position With A Growth Rate Of 42.86% During The last Year, As The Bank's Asset Portfolio Increased To EGP 295 Bn By The End Of December 2023, Compared To EGP 206.5 Bn By The End Of December 2022.

Credit Agricole Egypt Ranked Third With A Growth Rate Of 41.12% During The First 9 Months Of The Current Year. Its Asset Portfolio Rose To EGP 106 Bn By The End Of December 2023, Compared To EGP 75.1 Bn By The End Of December 2022.

Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank - Egypt Secured The Fourth Position After Achieving A Growth Rate Of 39.07% In Its Asset Portfolio During The last Year, Increasing From EGP 115.52 Bn By The End Of December 2022 To EGP 160.65 Bn By The End Of December 2023.

Suez Canal Bank Claimed The Fifth Position With A Growth Rate Of 37.86% During The The last Year, As Its Asset Portfolio Rose To EGP 102.94 Bn By The End Of December 2023, Compared To EGP 74.7 Bn By The End Of December 2022, Followed By Ahli United Bank With A Growth Rate Of 32.42% During The Same Period.

As For The seventh Position, It Was Obtained By Commercial International Bank (CIB) After Achieving A Growth Rate Of 31.39% In The Size Of Its Asset Portfolio During The last Year, Reaching EGP 832.53Bn By The End Of December 2023, Compared To EGP 633.6 Bn By The End Of December 2022.

QNB Al AHLI Came In eighth position, With Its Asset Portfolio Growing At A Rate Of 30.15% During The last Year. As Its Asset Portfolio Rose To EGP 620.53 Bn By The End Of December 2023, Compared To EGP 476.8 Bn By The End Of December 2022, Followed By ABK-Egypt With A Growth Rate Of 29.10% During The Same Period.

Emirates NBD- Egypt Secured The Tenth Position With A Growth Rate Of 26.93% During The last Year, With Its Asset Portfolio Reaching Approximately EGP 128.12 Bn By The End Of December 2023, Compared To EGP 100.94 Bn By The End Of December 2022.
