HD Bank corporate loans grow by 21%, reaching EGP 20.6bn by end of 2023

The Separate financial statements of HD Bank, ending on December 31th, 2023, revealed that corporate loan portfolio of HD Bank increased with a growth rate of 21.22%, an increase of EGP3.60bn during the last year.

Total portfolio of direct loans increased by a growth rate of 65.8%, with an increase of EGP 4.03 bn during the last year, reaching EGP 10.15 bn by the end of December 2023, compared to EGP 6.12 bn by the end of December 2022.
Syndicated loan portfolio witnessed a growth rate of 55.42% with an increase of EGP 1.17bn during 2023, recording around EGP 3.28 bn by the end of 2023, compared to EGP 2.11bn by the end of December 2022, While Debit current accounts portfolio in the Bank reaching EGP 6.92bn by the end of December 2023.
It is worth noting that Bank’s total customer loan portfolio increased by 19.19%, with an increase of EGP 7.32 bn during the last year, reaching EGP 45.49 bn by the end of December 2023, compared to EGP 38.16 bn by the end of December 2022.
