EGX starts Wednesday with 1.37% increase in bench mark index

Egyptian Stock Exchange (EGX) started 8 May 2024 trading session with market capitalization of EGP 1.795 trillion.
The bench mark EGX30 started in the green zone at the beginning of the EGX session today by 1.37% to reach 26.939 points.
Investors traded on 171 shares, 48 shares rose, 18 shares Fell and 105 shares remained stable.
However, the turnover reached 106.593 million securities dealt in cash executed on 13.236 transactions, bringing the total trading volume to EGP 1.020 million.
