EGX ends Wednesday’s session with 1.26% decrease in bench mark index

Egyptian Stock Exchange (EGX) has ended Wednesday, 5 June 2024 trading session with market capitalization of EGP 1.789trillion.
The main index EGX30 seen an decrease at today’s closing session by 1.26% to reach 26.973points.
Investors traded on 205 shares, 22 shares rose, 125 shares fell and 58 shares remained stable.
However, the turnover reached 738.876 billion securities dealt in cash executed on 96.824 transactions, bringing the total trading volume to EGP 56.198 billion.
