Steps to follow if transactions of your Suez Canal Bank account on Instpay are blocked or deactivated

If you are a customer of Suez Canal Bank who uses Instpay and wishes to reactivate your account after it is blocked or deactivated, First Bank explains the steps to follow below:
1. from account management.
2. Click on the account you want to reactivate.
3. Then press reset/unblock your secret number (IPN PIN).
4. Enter your e-payment card data and its PIN number.
5. You will receive an SMS with a one-time OTP password.
6. Enter OTP.
7. Set a new IPN PIN.
8. Confirm your new IPN PIN to reactivate your account
