saib’s Retail loans portfolio grows by 15.1% during Q1-2024, recording EGP 14.6 bn
saib's seperate financial statements ended March 31 revealed that the Bank's retail loans portfolio grow by 15.12% and an increase of EGP 1.92 bn during Q1 of this year, reaching EGP 14.58 bn by the end of March 2024, compared to 12.67 bn by the end of December 2023, having 25.46% of corporate loans.
The bank's total personal loan portfolio jumped at a growth rate of 17.34% and an increase of EGP 1.78 mn during Q1 of this year, registering about EGP 27 mn by the end of March 2024, compared to 10.27 bn by the end of December 2023.
The bank's total Credit cards portfolio rose by 7.22%, amounted to EGP 12.45 bn during the first 3M of this year after recording EGP 414 mn by the end of March 2024, compared to EGP 386 mn by the end of December 2023.
The Bank's mortgage loans rose at a growth rate of 7.23% during Q1-2024, moving from EGP 12.04 bn by the end of 2023 to reach EGP 12.92 bn by the end of March 2024, were about EGP 871 mn by the end of March 2024. The size of current accounts balances portfolio reached EGP823 mn by the end of last March.
The bank's total customer loans jumped at a growth rate of 23.80% during the first 3M, recording EGP 57.29 bn by the end of March 2024, compared to 46.28 bn by the end of December 2023, with an increase of EGP 11.01 bn.
