The List of The Fastest-Growing Banks In Total Assets During The First Quarter Of The Current Year, Provided By FirstBank, Revealed That Suez Canal Bank Topped The List With A Growth Rate Of 32.13% During The First Quarter Of this Year, Reaching EGP 136.02 Bn By The End Of March 2024, Compared To EGP 102.94 Bn By The End Of 2023.

First Bank List Tracked the Asset Portfolios Of 22 Banks Operating In The Egyptian Banking Sector, For Which Financial Data Was Available During The Analysis Period. It Revealed That All Banks Achieved Positive Growth Rates In Their Asset Sizes From January To March 2024.

Returning To the List, Arab African International Bank (AAIB) Ranked Second with A Growth Rate Of 29.38% During the First 3 Months Of The Current Year. Its Asset Portfolio Rose To EGP 679.12 Bn By The End Of March 2024, Compared To EGP 538.8 Bn By The End Of December 2023.

Saib Come In Third Position With A Growth Rate Of 27.39% During The First Quarter Of The Current Year, Reaching A Total Asset Portfolio Of EGP 137.43 Bn By The End Of March 2024, Compared To EGP 107.9 Bn By The End Of 2023.

EGBANK Secured The Fourth Position With A Growth Rate Of 22.97% During The First Quarter Of The Current Year, Recording Total Assets Of EGP 119.93 Bn By The End Of March 2024, Compared To EGP 97.52 Bn By The End Of 2023 Followed By Faisal Bank With A Growth Rate Of 22.73% During The Same Period.

EBank Claimed the Sixth Position with A Growth Rate Of 20.33% During The first quarter of this Year, As Its Asset Portfolio Rose To EGP 140.5 Bn By The End Of March 2024, Compared To EGP 116.8 Bn By The End Of December 2023.

As For the Seventh Position, It Was Obtained By NBK Egypt After Achieving A Growth Rate Of 19.10% In The Size Of Its Asset Portfolio During The first 3 months of this Year, Reaching EGP 155.6Bn By The End Of March 2024, Compared To EGP 130.6 Bn By The End Of December 2023.

Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank - Egypt Came In Eighth Position, With Its Asset Portfolio Growing At A Rate Of 18.02% During The first quarter of the current year. As Its Asset Portfolio Rose To EGP 189.6 Bn By The End Of March 2024, Compared To EGP 160.6 Bn By The End Of December 2023.

ABK-Egypt come in Ninth place After achieving A Growth Rate Of 17.98% In Its Asset Portfolio During The first quarter of the current year, Increasing From EGP 97.6 Bn By The End Of December 2023 to reach EGP 115.2 Bn By The End Of March 2024.

Commercial International Bank (CIB) Secured the Tenth Position With A Growth Rate Of 16.8% during The first quarter of the current year, With Its Asset Portfolio Reaching Approximately EGP 972.36 Bn By The End Of March 2024, Compared To EGP 832.53 Bn By The End Of December 2023.
