SC Bank opens its newest branch in Zagazig at Al-Sharqia Governorate

On Sunday, July 14, 2024, Suez Canal Bank opens its newest branch in Zagazig at Al-Sharqia Governorate, as an important step within the framework of the Bank's plan for geographical expansion and spread, and in line with the directions of the Central Bank of Egypt to spread financial inclusion.

The Zagazig Branch is the third branch of the Bank's chain of branches opened since the beginning of 2024, bringing the Suez Canal Bank branch network to 52 branches distributed throughout the Republic.

This supports the Bank's strategy to intensify its presence in various governorates, which in turn contributes to the development of the Bank's customer base by providing innovative financial services, products and solutions that meet the needs of different segments of customers.

The new branch has been equipped with the latest banking and technological technologies, other than equipped with the best modern designs, digital screens, which contribute to the consolidation of the bank's brand, and give the customer an exceptional banking experience, with a high degree of quality and efficiency.

The inauguration was attended by a number of leaders of the bank and heads of sectors, and a number of leaders of Al-Sharqia Governorate.

In this context, Akef El Maghraby, chairman and CEO of the Bank, said the opening of a new branch in Zagazig at Al-Sharqia Governorate reflects ongoing efforts to enhance the Bank's position in the Egyptian market, as well as to strengthen its market shares, maximize the availability of growth opportunities and create new markets, which are in line with banking requirements and competition principles.

He noted that this comes in parallel with the Bank's expansion in the delivery of many services and products, as well as moving forward in the development of the latest technological methods that will reflect on the design of a range of digital products to meet customers' aspirations in flexible and easy ways.

He added that the bank continues to launch ATMs throughout Egypt to ensure that its various services reach all customers anywhere, other than adopting a future expansion plan that contributes to attracting new customers and expanding in other areas.
