Agricultural Bank of Egypt opens 10 new branches and reopens 16 after development
Number of Bank branches rises to 1,114 to facilitate rural citizens' access to banking services and strengthen the National Strategy for Financial Inclusion
The Agricultural Bank of Egypt has opened 10 new branches in 6 governorates, bringing the total number of branches to 1114, in order to strengthen its role in providing banking services in all parts of Egypt as the most widely deployed bank in all the centres and villages of the Republic.
As part of the Bank's efforts to expand its network of branches and provide banking and financing services to all sectors of society in all regions of Egypt, the Bank has also completed the development of 16 branches and reopened them to customers, within the framework of its plan to develop its network of branches to provide services according to the highest standards of quality and the latest banking systems.
The Agricultural Bank of Egypt has chosen new branch locations in populated villages to provide banking and financing services and to deploy ATMs to serve a broad segment of the population with a focus on the villages covered by the presidential initiative "Life of dignity".
