Shareholders’ Equity Refers To What Remains For Owners After Deducting All Obligations From Total Bank Assets, Reflecting Shareholders’ Equity In The Bank’s Assets. First Bank List Included 11 Banks Listed On The Egyptian Stock Exchange.
The Report Revealed That All Listed Banks Achieved Positive Growth Rates In Their Total Equity Portfolios During The Period From January To June 2024. Faisal Islamic Bank of Egypt Secured The Second Position With A Growth Rate Of 32.51% during H1-2024, Raising Its Total Equity to EGP 32.95 Bn by the end of June 2024, compared to To EGP 24.87 Bn By End Of December 2023.
CIB Claimed The Third Position With A Growth Rate Of 30.91% during H1-2024, after moving from A Total Equity Of EGP 90.30 Bn by the end of December 2023, reaching EGP 118.21 Bn by the end of June 2024.
ADIB-Egypt Took The Fourth Position With A Growth Rate Of 29.10% during H1-2024, Increasing Its Total Equity To EGP 17.98 Bn by the end of June 2024, Compared To EGP 13.93 Bn By the end of December 2023.
SC Bank Secured The Fifth Position, Experiencing A Growth Rate Of 25.11% during H1-2024, Recording EGP 9.78 Bn In Total Equity by the end of June 2024, Compared To EGP 7.81 Bn By the end of December 2023, followed by HD Bank with a growth rate of 18.34% during the same period.
