First Bank List of The Best Banks In Loans To Deposits Ratio - LDR By June 2024 end Revealed That credit Agricole Bank - Egypt Topped The List, with a LDR Of 58.21%, As Total Loans Portfolio Reached EGP 58.21 Bn, While Total Deposits Portfolio Recorded EGP 84.26 Bn by June 2024 End.
The List, Which Featured 11 Banks Listed on The Egyptian Stock Exchange, Revealed That All Banks Achieved a Good LDRs That Ranged Between 36.07%, 58.21% By end of June 2024, but Faisal Islamic Bank of Egypt declined compared to other listed banks as it records the lowest employment ratio by the end of the same period.
Returning to the list, ADIB and SAIB secured second place after achieving an equal rate of 55.54% in LDR, with ADIB’s total customer loans and deposits portfolios of approximately EGP 90.76 bn and EGP 163.40 bn respectively by the end of June 2024, while saib’s customer loans and deposits portfolios amounted to EGP 61.43 bn and 1 EGP 10.60 bn respectively by the end of the same period.
EBank Ranked Third with LDR Of 51%, After Its Customer Loan Portfolio Recorded EGP 62.72 Bn At The End Of June 2024, While Total Deposits Portfolio Recorded EGP 122.98 Bn At The End Of The Same Period.
As For The forth Place, LDR Of QNB Rising To 50.67%, Its Total Loans Portfolio Grew To EGP 322.52 Bn, While Total Deposits Portfolio Recorded Around EGP 636.48 Bn By The End Of June 2024.
alBaraka Bank Came Fifth With LDR Of 46.96%, As Total Loans Portfolio Recorded EGP 49.81 Bn At The End Of June 2024, While Total Deposits Portfolio Reached EGP 106.06 Bn At The End Of The Same Period.
