First Bank List Of Fastest-Growing listed Banks In Mortgage Loans During H1-2024 Revealed that Credit Agricole Topped The List With A Growth Rate Of 23.67%, Reaching EGP 1.198 Bn By The End Of June 2024, Compared To EGP968.5 Mn At The End Of December 2023.

The List, Including 10 Banks Listed On The Egyptian Stock Exchange, Revealed That 8 Banks Achieved Positive Growth Rates In Their Real Estate Loan Portfolios. Meanwhile, 2 Banks Experienced A Decline In Their Total mortgage Loans From January To June 2024.

Returning To The List, That Egyptian Export Development Bank-EBank Secured The Second Position With A Growth Rate Of 16.97% During H1-2024, With Its Total Mortgage Loan Portfolio Reaching EGP979.7 Mn By The End Of June 2024, Compared To EGP837.6 Mn At The End Of December 2023.

QNB Managed To Secure The Third Position With A Growth Rate Of 13.56% During H1-2024, With Its Total Mortgage Loan Portfolio Reaching 6.780 Bn By The End Of June 2024, Compared To EGP5.97 Bn At The End Of December 2023 In.

EGBANK Claimed The Fourth Position With A Growth Rate Of 10.80% During H1-2024, As Its Mortgage Loan Portfolio rose to EGP439.02 Mn By The End Of June 2024, Compared To EGP 396.2 Mn At The End Of December 2023.

Saib Claimed The Fifth Position With A Growth Rate Of 8.44% During H1-2024, As Its Mortgage Loan Portfolio Increased To EGP1.305 bn By The End Of June 2024, Compared To EGP 1.204 bn At The End Of December 2023, followed by CIB with a growth rate of 6.55% during the same period.
