Industrial activity is the highest-receiving of aiBank’s corporate loans by the end of H1-2024

aiBank was able to advance the amount of loans granted to industrial activity to EGP 6.89 bn by the end of June 2024, compared to 6.51 bn by the end of December 2023, with an increase of EGP 385 mn, thus acquiring 39.19% of total corporate loans by the end of the first half of 2024.
The Bank's direct loans for industrial activity rose by about 6%, reaching EGP 6.18 bn by the end of the first half of 2024, compared to EGP 5.84 bn by the end of December 2023, with an increase of EGP 336 mn, to receive the largest share of the Bank's loans for this activity in the first 6M of this year.
Syndicated loans for industrial activity grew by 6.85%, rising from Pound 657 mn by the end of 2023, to Pound 702 mn by the end of June 2024.
The Bank's corporate loans portfolio rose by EGP 2.30 bn and a growth rate of 15.07% in the first half of 2024, registering 17.58% by the end of June 2024, compared to 15.28 by the end of last year.
Total customer loans rose by 15.71% and an increase of EGP 3.58 bn during the first half of this year, after registering EGP 26.38 bn by the end of June 2024, compared to EGP 22.80 bn by the end of 2023.
