Bank ABC Corporate loans grow by 17%, reaching EGP 21.9Bn by June-2024 end

The separate financial statements of Bank ABC, ending on last June 30, have revealed a growth rate of 16.52% in the portfolio of corporate loans, achieving an increase of EGP 3.10bn during the first Half the current year.
Total portfolio of corporate loans in the bank reached around EGP 21.91 bn by the end of June 2024, compared to EGP 18.80 bn by the end of December 2023.
Total portfolio of Syndicated loan jumped by 25.37%, with an increase of EGP 398 mn during the first 6M of the current year, reaching EGP 1.97 bn by the end of June 2024, compared to EGP 1.57 bn by the end of December 2023.
Direct loans portfolio witnessed a growth rate of 19.50% with an increase of EGP 2.59 bn during the first half of 2024, recording around EGP 15.89 bn by the end of June 2024, compared to EGP 13.30bn by the end of December 2023.
It is worth mentioning that the total customer loans and facilities at the bank recorded about EGP 26.64bn by the end of June 2024, compared to EGP23.31bn by the end of December 2023, to grow by 14.27% and achieve an increase of EGP 3.33bn during the first half of the current year.
