Net profits of banks operating in Egypt rose to EGP93.4 billion during 9M-22; CBE

The Central Bank of Egypt revealed the financial position and net income of banks operating in the Egypt which indicated an increase in banks’ net profits to record EGP 93.396 billion

In its monthly report, the CBE explained that the net return of the banking sector increased to record EGP225.807 billion during the first 9 months of 2022, while the net revenue increased to record EGP 272.230 billion and the total expenditures amounted to EGP 178.834 billion.
