AAIB has been providing mobile banking service to its customers since September 2022 to facilitate access to banking services and make them fast and effective. The app also allows account statement displays, transaction log displays, cheques and cards, loan summary and statement displays, temporarily or permanently blocking debit and credit cards, and payment of invoices to various (mobile phone, utilities and charitable payments).

The app provides all these services to more than 100 thousand users on the "Play store" with a valuation of 3.3 out of 5 through a thousand users of the app.

On Apple's App store, the app received a 3.7 out of 5 rating through 304 users of the mobile banking app.
