ADCB-Egypt offers many digital services aimed at improving banking and meeting customers' needs. This is keen to facilitate and accelerate access to services by a safe, easy and fast way anytime and from anywhere.
The ADCB-Egypt Mobile banking app is one of the most important digital services offered by the Bank to its customers. The app offers many services: managing your bank accounts, open your online account, view and upload your e-statement, transfer money, inquire about the IBAN, see loan details, issue a certificate or deposit, and verify the status of the issuance request.
The application allows the management of transfers through the management of beneficiaries, the completion of all your bank transfers, the completion of international transfers, the conversion of foreign currencies into Egyptian pounds, the completion of permanent orders (scheduling of transfers), the presentation of the borders used.
It also allows activation and discontinuation of credit cards, request for credit card replacement, view transaction details, view and upload credit card statement, request a new credit card or additional card, modify the credit limit for additional cards, re-issue the cheque book, secure mailbox, see foreign exchange rates, locate ATMs and branches, and update contact details such as: mobile number and email.
The app provides all these services to more than 50 thousand users within a month of its launch on the "Play store" with a valuation of 4 out of 5 through 982 users of the app.
On Apple's App store, the app received a rating of 4.7 out of 5 through 246 users of the mobile banking app.

This is in the interest of the Bank to provide the best services as customer service follows customer feedback and responsiveness to resolve any problem or malfunction facing customers.
