In the age of digital transformation; ADCB-Egypt seeks to provide a range of digital services to facilitate and accelerate banking and financial transactions for its customers instantly through many digital channels, thereby enhancing the customer's experience and facilitating their daily transactions effectively, efficiently and by a safe, easy and fast means at any time and from anywhere.

The e-wallet application "Wa2ty" is one of the most important digital services provided by the Bank to its customers. It offers many services: transferring your money instantly to any other e-wallet, paying all your bills, shopping and buying online.

The app also allows you to make payments through QR Code, create a preferred list of your periodic dealers, renew the car license and pay for university or school expenses, as well as the possibility of paying donations through the wallet.

The app offers all these services to over 5,000 users on the "Play store" with a rating of 4.1 out of 5 through 96 users.

On Apple's App store, the app received a rating of 4.1 out of 5 through 15 users of the mobile banking app.

The bank explained how to register in its mobile banking app by visiting the nearest branch to sign the service application form and you will get the username and login code, then download the app and press "Activate the account", enter the required data (Full Name - National Number - Telephone Number - Email) Agree to the Terms and Conditions and then press Continue to follow up, then enter the code sent in an SMS on the phone registered with the bank, so that the application is registered.
