Foreign exchange rates at the end of Sunday’s trading

The foreign exchange rate witnessed a decrease at the end of Sunday 12 October 2025 trading at Egypt's major banks.
First Bank monitors foreign currency rates in major banks in Egypt:
U.S. dollar
The US dollar rate against EGP recorded EGP 47.8157 for buying and EGP 47.9541 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.
The highest dollar rate for buying was in «EBank» at EGP 48.15.
The lowest rate for selling was in Banque de Caire at EGP 47.61.
Euro
The Euro rate against EGP recorded EGP 55.5523 for buying and EGP 55.7323 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank’s website.
The highest Euro rate for buying was in «EBank» at EGP 55.64.
The lowest rate for selling was in «ADIB-Egypt» at EGP 55.39.
Pound Sterling
The pound sterling rate against EGP stands at EGP 63.8722 for buying and EGP 64.0715 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.
The highest pound sterling rate for buying was in HSBC at EGP 64.02.
While the lowest rate for selling was in «ADIB-Egypt» at EGP 63.68.
Saudi Riyals
The Saudi riyal rate against EGP today in Egypt recorded EGP 12.7488 for buying and EGP 12.7864 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.
The highest rate for buying today was in «EBank» at EGP 12.84.
The lowest rate for selling was in Banque de Caire at EGP 12.69.
Kuwaiti Dinar
Kuwaiti dinar rate today in Egypt reached EGP 156.4906 for buying and EGP 156.9951 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.
The highest rate for buying the Kuwaiti dinar was in HSBC at EGP 156.59.
The lowest price for selling was in «ADIB-Egypt» at EGP 155.38.
Emirati Dirham
The rate of Emirati dirham today in Egypt recorded EGP 12.9283 for buying and EGP 12.9656 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.
The highest rate for buying the Emirati dirham today was in «EBank» at EGP 13.11.
The lowest price for selling the Emirati dirham today was in Banque de Caire at EGP 12.96.
