EGX30 beginning Sunday with 0.98% decrease in benchmark

Egyptian Stock Exchange «EGX30» has Started sunday 29 March 2026 trading session with market capitalization of 3.239 trillion.
The benchmark EGX30 index opened today’s session at 47.001 points, recording a 0.98% decrease in early trading to reach 46.540 points.
Investors traded on 214 shares, 46 shares rose, 120 fell and 49 shares remained stable.
However, the turnover reached 518 million securities dealt in cash executed on 60 thousand transactions, bringing the total trading volume to 1.75 mn.
