Egypt's CBE is offering two types of T-bonds valued at EGP 4.5 bln
The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) is set to offer treasury bonds (T-bonds) with different types and a combined value of EGP 4.5 billion to finance the state’s budget deficit.
The first offering carrying 3-years maturity period at total value of EGP 3 billion due on January 2026 and it will be issued on 7 February 2022, according to official data.
The second offering with a maturity period of 1.5-year with total value at EGP 1.5 bn due on 30 June 2024 and the latest date for getting this type of T-bills will be on 6 February 2023
