Ahli United Bank's Net Profits Soars By 74.1%, records EGP 2.01 bn, At 2022

Separate Financial statements of Ahli United Bank Egypt, which ended on December 31, 2022, revealed an increase in the bank’s net profits, with 74.1%, to record EGP 2.010 bn during 2022, compared to EG 1.153 bn during 2021.

The bank's total assets jumped by 33.04% during 2022, to record EGP 85.5 bn at the end of December 2022, compared to EGP 64.3 bn at the end of December 2021, an increase of EGP 21.2 bn.

Total loans and facilities to customers jumped by 36.81% over the past year, an increase of EGP14.4 bn, to reach EGP53.5 bn  at the end of December 2022, compared to EGP39.1 bn at the end of December 2021.

Moreover, Total deposits portfolio  jumped by 30.38% over the past year, after the bank was able to increase its deposits by EGP16.3 bn, to record EGP68.8 bn at the end of December 2022, compared to EGP53.5 bn at the end of December 2021.
