Foreign exchange rate at the beginning of Monday’s trading

The foreign exchange rate witnessed an Increase at the beginning of Monday 13 March trading at Egypt's major banks.

First Bank monitors foreign currency rates in major banks in Egypt:

U.S. dollar

The US dollar rate against EGP recorded EGP 30.8434 for buying and EGP 30.9557 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.

The highest dollar rate for buying was ADIB Bank Egypt at EGP 30.90

The lowest rate for selling was National Bank of Egypt and Banque Misr at EGP 30.85

Euro

The Euro rate against EGP recorded EGP 32.8286 for buying and EGP32.9524 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank’s website.

The highest Euro rate for buying was in ADIB bank Egypt at EGP 32.67

 The lowest rate for selling was inHSBC of Egypt at EGP 32.75

Pound Sterling

The pound sterling rate against EGP stands at EGP 37.0987 for buying and EGP 37.2459 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.

The highest pound sterling rate for buying in QNB Bank Egypt at EGP36.95

While the lowest rate for selling in HSBC Bank Egypt at EGP36.86

 Saudi Riyals

The Saudi riyal rate against EGP today in Egypt recorded EGP8.2153 for buying and EGP 8.2461 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.

The highest rate for buying today was in ADIB-Egypt was at EGP8.23

The lowest rate for selling was in the National Bank of Egypt and Banque Misr at EGP 8.22

Kuwaiti Dinar

Kuwaiti dinar rate today in Egypt reached EGP 100.5162 for buying and EGP100.9151 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.

The highest rate for buying the Kuwaiti dinar was in SAIB was at EGP100.52 The lowest price for selling was in the NBE and Banque Misr at EGP 100.63
