Foreign exchange rates at the beginning of Wednesday’s trading

The foreign exchange rate witnessed an increase at the beginning of Wednesday 15 March trading at Egypt's major banks.

First Bank monitors foreign currency rates in major banks in Egypt:

U.S. dollar

The US dollar rate against EGP recorded EGP 30.8429for buying and EGP 30.9557 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.

The highest dollar rate for buying was ADIB Bank Egypt at EGP 30.90

The lowest rate for selling was National Bank of Egypt and Banque Misr at EGP 30.85

Euro

The Euro rate against EGP recorded EGP 33.0605 for buying and EGP 33.1876 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank’s website.

The highest Euro rate for buying was in ADIB bank Egypt at EGP 33.14

 The lowest rate for selling was inBanque Misrof Egypt at EGP 33.16

Pound Sterling

The pound sterling rate against EGP stands at EGP 37.5142 for buying and EGP 37.6007 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.

The highest pound sterling rate for buying in ADIB Bank Egypt at EGP37.54

While the lowest rate for selling in Ahli United Bank Egypt at EGP37.58

 Saudi Riyals

The Saudi riyal rate against EGP today in Egypt recorded EGP8.2134 for buying and EGP 8.2445 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.

The highest rate for buying today was in ADIB-Egypt was at EGP8.23

The lowest rate for selling was in the National Bank of Egypt and Banque Misr at EGP 8.22

Kuwaiti Dinar

Kuwaiti dinar rate today in Egypt reached EGP 100.5343 for buying and EGP100.9349 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.

The highest rate for buying the Kuwaiti dinar was in SAIB was at EGP100.56 The lowest price for selling was in the NBE at EGP 100.59
