The List, Which Included 11 Banks Listed On The Egyptian Stock Exchange By The End Of The First Half Of 2023, Revealed That All Banks Enjoyed Strong Ratios In Covering Their Customers' Deposits By June-2023End.

It Is Classified Based On The Ratio (Assets/Deposits) × 100, And A Higher Ratio Indicates A High Level Of Security Provided By The Bank To Its Depositors Across Various Segments.
Faisal Islamic Bank of Egypt Secured The Second Position After Registering An Asset Coverage Ratio For Deposits Of 127.83%. The Bank's Total Assets Reached EGP 169.5 Bn By The End Of June 2023, While Its Deposit Portfolio Recorded EGP 132.6 Bn During The Same Period.
EBank Ranked Third With An Asset Coverage Ratio For Deposits Of 126.9% By The End Of June 2023. The Value Of Its Asset Portfolio rose To EGP 106.8 Bn, While Its Deposits Reached EGP 84.1 Bn During The Same Period.
saib Claimed The Fourth Position With An Asset Coverage Ratio For Deposits Of 125.40% By The End Of The First Half Of The Current Year. Its Asset Size Reached EGP 105.1 Bn, And Its Deposit Portfolio Amounted To EGP 83.8 Bn By The End Of June 2023.
Crédit Agricole Egypt Ranked Fifth With An Asset Coverage Ratio For Deposits Of 124.69%. Total Asset Portfolio Reached EGP 93.5 Bn, While Deposit Portfolio Amounted To EGP 75 Bn By The End Of June 2023. Followed by, ADIB Egypt and HD Bank With coverage rates 123.41%, 121.76% respectively By The End Of The Same Period.
