It aims to help these businesses develop and grow, given the important role they play in driving the national economy.

Almentor Business offers an online self-learning platform with hundreds of videos for training courses in both Arabic and English, presented by distinguished experts who have achieved numerous successes in their careers. The platform has provided over 3 million successful learning experiences.

Hany El-Dieb , Head of the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) sector, stated that the sector is committed to providing comprehensive banking services to meet the needs of small and medium-sized businesses. This includes financial, professional, and advisory services to ensure they have all the necessary tools and services to help them develop their businesses to unprecedented levels.

Malak El Baba, General Manager of Visa in Egypt, expressed her satisfaction with the collaboration between Visa and CIB to support small and medium-sized businesses. She added that supporting these businesses is a top priority for Visa globally, as they believe in providing support by offering opportunities for skill development, which, in turn, helps business owners expand their horizons, aligning with digital payments' goals for prosperity and economic growth.

In 2020, Visa committed to supporting 50 million SMEs through skill development and providing products and innovations tailored to the needs of small and medium-sized businesses to enable them to benefit from electronic payments and adapt to the rapidly changing market.

She emphasized that this project is a crucial step in achieving Almentor's goals of equipping project owners with the necessary skills and practical experiences to develop their businesses appropriately amidst rapid developments.

Metwally added, "The platform offers the necessary training to empower business owners in all aspects, such as handling taxes, financing, sustainability, supply chains, artificial intelligence, employee retention, and innovation, enabling them to access new markets through modern channels."
