The Egyptian pound index decreased against the major currencies during Tuesday 19 September 2023, The index reached 54.409 points, compared to 54.484 points at yesterday's trading.
The Egyptian pound index decreased against tow Currency among a basket of seven currencies that measures the performance of the pound.
It Fell against the pound sterling, Euro It rose against Japanese Yen, and settled against, UAE dirham, US dollar, Chinese Yuan, Saudi riyal.
The average selling price of the Euro in Egypt Increased from EGP 33.00 to EGP 33.11 while the average buying rose from EGP 32.89 to EGP 32.99 at the end of today's trading.
The average selling price of the Japanese yen in Egypt fell from EGP 20.96 to EGP 20.95. while the average buying decreased from EGP 20.89 to EGP 20.88 at the end of today's trading.
The average pound sterling selling rate in Egypt Increased from EGP 38.34 to EGP 38.37 while the average buying rose from EGP 38.21 to EGP 38.24 at the end of today's trading
The average selling price of the Saudi riyal in Egypt remain stable at EGP 8.24 while the buying price settled at EGP 8.22 at the end of today's trading.
