CIB Foundation and RAIE MISR Unite to Provide 3 Medical Caravans Egyptian children

Commercial International Bank- Egypt, a subsidiary of Egypt's largest private sector bank, launched 3 medical caravans as part of Healthy Children project in collaboration with RAIE MISR FOUNDATION.

This initiative aims to support the health and social well-being of Egyptian children, aligning with the state's plans for sustainable development and Egypt Vision 2030.

Healthy Children project focuses on sustainable development in underserved communities, providing healthcare to Egyptian children through medical caravans sent to various villages and centers under For Egypt initiative.

It also funds operational expenses for around 900 medical caravans, examining 200,000 children, especially those suffering from malnutrition-related diseases.

These caravans operate in various Egyptian governorates, including Asyut, Sohag, Luxor, Aswan, Fayoum, Minya, and Qena, extending the impact of Decent Life initiative. The medical caravans were funded with EGP15 mn.

The event was attended by Soha Gendi, Minister of State for Migration and Egyptian Expatriates Affairs, Ayman Abdel Moghny, Assistant Minister of Social Solidarity, Carl El Assal (Board of Directors, Shepherd of Egypt), Edward Dickey (Board of Directors, Shepherd of Egypt), Hany Ramzy, and Elham Shahin.

From CIB, attendees included Nadia Hosny (Secretary-General of the Board of Trustees, Commercial International Bank Foundation) and Sherif Elsaid (Director of Commercial International Bank Foundation).

From RAIE MISR FOUNDATION, Amir Ramzy (Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Shepherd of Egypt Foundation) and members of the National Alliance for Civil Society Organizations, prominent businessmen, artists, and media figures were present.
