Agricultural Bank of Egypt continues its efforts to support development in the Sinai region, aiming to enhance the living standards of its residents and improve life quality in villages and Bedouin communities.

This aligns with the national strategy for Sinai's development, reflecting President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi's directives, given Sinai's strategic importance for national security and its natural and human resources contributing to development.

The bank implemented a comprehensive program in the cities of El-Tor and Nuweiba, including financial inclusion conferences, medical caravans, celebrations supporting girls' marriages, and distribution of ration vouchers benefiting thousands of families in South Sinai.

The bank's strategy focuses on providing financial programs with significant facilitations and favorable interest rates to support agricultural and animal production, as well as financing small and micro-production activities, contributing to employment opportunities and sustainable development.

Additionally, the bank promotes financial inclusion awareness, empowering and educating Sinai women on the importance of small-scale activities to improve their living standards and increase family income.

The bank, in its social responsibility, supports vulnerable and needy families, distributing food contributions and essential supplies, facilitating marriages, and providing healthcare through medical caravans with free services.

The bank's leadership, headed by Alaa Farouk, closely monitors these efforts, reinforcing cooperation with Sinai's executive authorities to contribute to comprehensive development.

Alaa Farouk emphasizes the bank's commitment to supporting economic development in Sinai, stimulating work, providing various financial aids, and enhancing economic empowerment for Sinai women, youth employment, and overall living standards improvement.

The bank also supports healthcare for Sinai's first families, organizing medical caravans and covering surgical costs for critical cases. Empowering Sinai women through funding small projects is a priority, fostering financial awareness, and encouraging them to launch initiatives for economic gain.

In collaboration with local and national organizations, the bank conducts financial inclusion conferences, reaching out to women in villages and Bedouin settlements to facilitate suitable funding for their projects, encouraging productivity for profit and improved living standards.

The bank's role in supporting needy families and its commitment to social responsibility are highlighted, distributing vouchers and food coupons to assist them and contributing to easing the financial burden of marriages in the face of rising costs.

Governor Khaled Fouda of South Sinai commends the vital national role of the Egyptian Agricultural Bank, emphasizing its active participation and social responsibility in supporting citizens of border provinces, particularly in collaboration with the bank to enhance development efforts in various fields.

The success of ongoing cooperation between the governorate and the bank is recognized, particularly in supporting producers in agriculture and animal husbandry, funding women's projects, and launching initiatives for transitioning taxis and vehicles to natural gas or electric power, contributing to environmental sustainability.
