HD Bank Corporate loans grow by 11%, recording EGP 18.8 bn by September- 2023 end

The financial statements of HD Bank, ending in September 2023, revealed a total increase in corporate loans, microfinance by 11%, an increase of EGP 1.8 bn during the first 9 months of the current year.
The total portfolio of corporate loans in the bank reached approximately EGP 18.82 bn by the end of September 2023, compared to EGP16.97bn by the end of December 2022, accounting for 43.9% of the total customer loans.
Additionally, direct loan portfolio of the bank increased by 54.24%, reaching about EGP 9.44 bn by the end of September 2023, compared to EGP 6.12 bn by the end of December 2022, an increase of EGP 3.3 bn.
Furthermore, syndicated loan portfolio of the bank increased by 20.94% with an increase of EGP 442 mn during the first 9 months of the current year, reaching approximately EGP 2.55 bn by the end of September 2023, compared to EGP 2.11 bn by the end of December 2022.
Total loans and facilities for customers increased by 12.3%, reaching EGP 42.86 bn by the end of September 2023, compared to EGP 38.16 bn by the end of December 2022, an increase of EGP4.7 bn.
