EGP index rose against a basket of major currencies to 53.947 points on Sunday

The Egyptian pound index Increased against the major currencies during Sunday 10 December 2023, The index reached 53.947 points, compared to 53.933 points At last Thursday's trading.

The Egyptian pound index Increased against tow Currency among a basket of seven currencies that measures the performance of the pound.

It rose against the pound sterling Chinese Yuan it Fell against Japanese Yen, and settled against, UAE dirham, Euro, Saudi riyal, US dollar.

The average selling price of the Japanese yen in Egypt increased from EGP 21.30 to EGP 21.34 while the average buying rose from EGP 21.23 to EGP 21.27.

The average pound sterling selling rate in Egypt decreased from EGP 38.87 to EGP 38.82 while the average buying Fell from EGP 38.75 to EGP 38.69 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the Euro in Egypt settled at EGP 33.30 while the average buying fell from EGP 33.19 to EGP 33.18 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the Chinese yuan in Egypt decreased from EGP 4.32 to EGP 4.31 while the average buying fell from EGP 4.31 to EGP 4.30 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the US dollar in Egypt settled at EGP 30.93 and EGP 30.84 for buying.

The average selling price of the Saudi riyal in Egypt settled at EGP 8.24 and EGP 8.22 for buying at the end of today's trading.
