Stocks of ADIB Egypt and alBaraka Bank: The highest increase at the close of EGX trading on Sunday

First Bank list revealed the performance of listed bank stocks on the Egyptian Stock Exchange at the close of trading on Thursday, December 17, 2023. The stock of Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank led the bank gains on the exchange, rising by 7.81% to close at EGP 40.44, compared to the opening price of EGP 37.51.

The list indicated increases all the bank stocks. alBaraka Bank’s stock secured the second position with a 4.51% increase, closing at EGP 12.28, up from the opening price of EGP 11.75.

Credit Agricole Bank’s stock rose by 3.19%, claiming the third position, closing at EGP 21.67, compared to the opening price of EGP 21.00.

EBank’s stock come in fourth place by 2.44% increase, closing at EGP 21.43, while the opening price was EGP 20.92, at the end of today's trading.

Housing and Development Bank’s stock come in Fifth place by 2.22% increase, closing at EGP 39.12, while the opening price was EGP 38.27, at the end of today's trading.

Suez Canal Bank’s stock (EGP) came in sixth place to increase by 1.94%, closing at EGP 12.58, compared to the opening price of EGP 12.34.

QNB Al Ahli Bank’s stock rose by 0.21%, closing at EGP 28.03, while the opening price recorded EGP 27.97, Faisal Bank’s stock rose By 0.19% closing at EGP 32.05 at the close of EGX trading on Sunday.

Commercial International Bank’s stock rose by 0.07%, closing at EGP 75.35, compared to the opening price of EGP 75.30.

Regarding banks traded in dollars, EGBank’s stock rose by 1.59% closing at $0.319 compared to the opening price of $0.314.the stock of Faisal Islamic Bank settled to closing at $0.990.
