The Egyptian pound index Increased against the major currencies during Wednesday 10 January 2024, The index reached 53.521 points, compared to 53.500 points at last yesterday's trading.
The Egyptian pound index rose against 2 Currency among a basket of seven currencies that measures the performance of the pound.
It rose against the Saudi riyal, Japanese Yen, it Fell against the Euro, pound sterling, , and settled against, UAE dirham, Chinese Yuan, US dollar.
The average selling price of the Japanese yen in Egypt decreased from EGP 21.47 to EGP 21.32 while the average buying Fell from EGP 21.40 to EGP 21.25.
The average selling price of the Saudi riyal in Egypt decreased from EGP 8.25 to EGP 8.24 while the average buying settled at EGP 8.22. at the end of today's trading
The average selling price of the Euro in Egypt increased from EGP 33.83 to EGP 33.86 while the average buying rose from EGP 33.71 to EGP 33.75 at the end of today's trading.
The average pound sterling selling rate in Egypt increased from EGP 39.36 to EGP 39.37 while the average buying rose from EGP 39.23 to EGP 39.24 at the end of today's trading.
The average selling price of the Chinese yuan in Egypt settled at EGP 4.32. while the average buying settled at EGP 4.30 at the end of today's trading.
The average selling price of the US dollar in Egypt settled at settled at EGP 30.93 and EGP 30.84 for buying.
