The financial statements of QNB AL AHLI for the period ending on December 31, 2023, revealed that personal loans, accounting for76.1% of total retail loans by end of 2023.
Total personal loans portfolio at the bank rose to EGP 41.05 bn at the end of December 2023, compared to EGP 36.68 bn at the end of December 2022, representing a growth rate of 18.4% and an increase of EGP 6.38 bn,
Total Retail loans portfolio increased by 19.3% and an increase of EGP 8.73 bn during the last year. To record EGP 53.96 bn at the end of December 2023, compared to EGP 45.23 bn at the end of December 2022.
Moreover, total credit card portfolio at the bank increased by 22.5% with an increase of EGP 370 mn in 2023. Its value reached EGP 2.02 bn at the end of 2023, compared to EGP 1.65 bn at the end of December 2022.
Current debit accounts at the bank increased by 19.1% with an increase of EGP 787 mn by 2023 End. It moved from EGP 4.13 mn at the end of December 2022 to EGP 4.77 bn at the end of December 2023.
It is worth mentioning that the total customer loans increased by 16.4% during the last year, amounting to around EGP 268.58 bn at the end of December 2023, compared to EGP 230.77 bn at the end of December 2022, with an increase of EGP 37.81 bn.
