How to link your NBE card to NBE Phone Cash wallet

If you are a NBE customer and wish to link your bank card to NBE PhoneCash, First Bank monitors the steps to follow below:

1. Enter the app and then select My Wallet.

2. Choose "my cards."

3. Add your NBE cards through the "+" tag.

4. Enter the card number, validity date and card type (credit - direct debit - prepaid - salaries).

Or by visiting the nearest branch and asking the customer service employee to add cards when needed.
