How to restore your card from alBaraka Bank after it is withdrawn at ATM

If you are a customer of alBaraka Bank and your card has been withdrawn at ATM during its use, First Bank shows you the steps to follow:

1. Customer should immediately contact alBaraka Bank Customer Service 19373.

2. Customer service will stop the card.

3. Customer service will ask for some customer information to register a replacement application and the information is (national number or account number).

4. The new card will be received within 10 to 15 days.

5. The customer should call customer service to activate the new card and then becomes ready to use.

Knowing that delays in notifying customer service to stop the card are the customer's personal responsibility.
