Saib Bank, SC Bank, and CIB Fastest-Growing Listed Banks in Corporate Direct Loans During H1 2025

saib Bank topped the list of the fastest-growing banks listed on the Egyptian Stock Exchange in terms of Corporate Direct Loans growth during the first half (H1) of 2025, with a growth rate of 55.4%.
SC Bank secured second place with a 49.9% increase, followed by CIB in third place with 32.6%. ADIB-Egypt and HD Bank completed the top five with growth rates of 27.8% and 27.6%, respectively.
According to First Bank’s ranking of the fastest-growing listed banks by Corporate Direct Loans in H1 2025, saib Bank led the list after its Corporate Direct Loans grew by 55.4% during the period, reaching EGP 11.58 billion by the end of June 2025, compared to EGP 7.45 billion at the end of 2024.
The ranking, which included all 11 banks listed on the Egyptian Stock Exchange, showed that all banks achieved positive growth in Corporate Direct Loans, except one bank recorded, which recorded notable declines during the first half of 2025, note that Faisal Islamic Bank is excluded because of the absence of its financial statements.
Suez Canal Bank claimed second place with a growth rate of 49.9% in H1 2025, as its Corporate Direct Loans increased to EGP 29.62 billion by end-June, up from EGP 19.75 billion at end-2024.
CIB ranked third after its Corporate Direct Loans rose by 32.6% in H1 2025, reaching EGP 188.66 billion by end-June, compared to EGP 142.23 billion at end-2024.
ADIB-Egypt came fourth with a 27.8% increase, as Corporate Direct Loans rose to EGP 76.11 billion by end-June 2025, from EGP 59.54 billion at end-2024.
In fifth place, Housing and Development Bank recorded a 27.6% rise in Corporate Direct Loans, reaching EGP 19.42 billion by end-June 2025, compared to EGP 15.21 billion at end-2024.
