How to subscribe to CIB e-Statement service through Online Banking service or phone Service

If you are a CIB customer and wish to subscribe to e-statement service through online banking or phone banking services, First Bank monitors the steps to follow below:

1. Open your Internet Banking or Mobile Banking account through your mobile phone.

2. Press "Requests".

- From mobile banking service:

1. Select "Documents"

2. Select "Subscribe to E-Statement."

- From Internet Banking Service:

1. Select "E-Statement Enrollment."

3. Click on "E-Statement Enrollment."

4. Read the terms and conditions carefully.

5. Please confirm acceptance of the Terms and Conditions after reading them.

6. Press "Execute".

7. Press "Confirm" once the confirmation message appears.
