CIB The first Egyptian bank to receive 'ISO 29993' in the Department of Learning Services outside the formal education framework

Commercial International Bank of Egypt -CIB has received the ISO 29993 and it is recognized by several international institutions as the first bank in Egyptian banks and institutions to obtain this prestigious certificate. ISO 29993 is International Specialized and Pioneer in the Management System for Learning Services outside Formal Education.

This certificate was awarded to the Bank's Training and Development Sector Human Resources Department from British Standards Institute (BPI) for all its work on outstanding training activities provided for employees after the donor verifies and reviews the policies and procedures of the Training Department.

This was in line with the standards and foundations of global governance systems In conjunction with the CIB's ongoing endeavour to modernize the educational services provided to cope with the most important developments and practical applications and to pursue creative trends in banking, Believing in the effective role of training and development of the human component, which is one of the most important pillars of the enterprise's success that will affect the development of quality and efficiency of the service provided and meet the needs of customers.
